DESCRIPTION

A small, quiet, very 1980s dress watch. The dial is almost entirely empty — no numerals, no markers, no seconds hand. Just Léonard · Genève in script, Quartz, Swiss Made, and two gold hands on a cream field. That emptiness is the whole design, and it's a confidence most watches don't have.
The case is a gold-tone octagon with cut corners and stepped bezel, on a black croc-embossed strap that still carries its original gold L keeper — the branded detail that usually goes missing when a strap gets replaced.
On the caseback: BASE METAL BEZEL · FOND ACIER INOXYDABLE — gold plating over base metal, stainless steel back, marked in French as Swiss watches of the period often were.
Also on the caseback: a previous owner's initials, engraved "P.J.P." Shown in the photos. Somebody was given this watch and kept it long enough to have it marked. That's either a charm or a dealbreaker depending on you, so we'd rather you see it up front.
A note on size: at 27 × 28mm this is genuinely small — a 1980s dress watch, worn flat and discreet under a cuff. Unisex by the standards of its day, and it reads as delicate now rather than dated. If you want presence, this isn't it. If you want something that disappears into a shirtsleeve, it's exactly right.
The strap shows honest wear — some creasing and bend from years of use.
